staying at the lankford hotel and lodge was fantastic! the location is perfect, right on the beach with a wonderful boardwalk nearby. i loved having a large balcony with a picnic table and lounge chair to relax. the full-size refrigerator was a game changer, especially coming from a smaller room previously. breakfast options were delightful too, making mornings easier.

Convenient beach access with charming amenities
We loved the vintage vibe and the hot coffee from Auntie Anne's while sitting on the front deck. The beach was just steps away, making it perfect for our family. Just a heads-up, check-in is a bit slow, so plan accordingly.

The staff provided exceptional service. Their friendliness made a real difference during my stay. The room offered a stunning sea view that enhanced the overall experience.
The building felt quite dated and could use an update.

We had a great time at the hotel with friends! The close proximity to attractions like Ember's Island Miniature Golf and Ember's Ocean City Harbor made it easy to explore. Rooms were clean and comfy, but be aware that there's no free breakfast, and you'll need to grab basics like toilet paper yourself. Would recommend for a fun group getaway!
One downside was waiting a long time for hot water in the bathrooms, which was frustrating after a long day out. This definitely needs improvement.
